THE CLIENT

Toyota Ghana was incorporated in 1998 to deliver quality, durable and luxury on-road and off-road vehicles for the Ghanaian market. Toyota is the world’s leader in the manufacturing of hybrid electric vehicles. It was also listed as the 13th largest company in the world in 2013.

THE CHALLENGE

As a well-established company, Toyota Ghana saw the need to update its online presence by developing a new website. The website is supposed to give current and prospective clients unique user experience, allowing them easy access to the products and services offered by Toyota online.

THE SOLUTION

Following several consultations between the Eagle projects team and the client to gain a better understanding of the organisation, its culture, and look-alike audience to design a website that will connect with its target audience.

Our web design team started by producing three concept designs, underpinned by an underlining principle; simplicity, clean and customer-focused. Once the design was signed off, our web development team developed wireframes and mock-ups to allow the client to visualise the structure that we were developing.

With the client accepting the wireframes, we proceeded to develop a website that offered a true customer experience, optimised for search engines and ability to display on all devices.

THE OUTCOME


The website we designed and developed boldly communicated Toyota’s brand and products. Since its launch, the website has become a key channel for new business leads and sales. Eagle continues to manage and maintain the website undertaking updates when required by the client.
