Suzanne is one of the creative designers behind a number of the designs from Eagle. To highlight her role and activities, she will be our Team Member under the Spotlight this month.
Q: Job Title?
Video content producer & graphic designer.
Q: How long have you been with Eagle London Agency?
It’s been exactly four years.
Q: What drives you?
A job well done. I like to lose myself in a project and look for something new, innovative, and unseen to produce designs that stand out and differentiate our clients from their competitors.
Q: What do you love most about working at Eagle London Agency?
We all work as a team, and I think we are good together and enjoy each other’s company. I’m happy to know that I don’t have to do it all when it comes to delivering a project, but each of us have our unique roles.
Q: What makes you passionate about this business?
I like the fact that the agency is not only profit-driven, but we actively look for opportunities to serve our community. It’s exciting to know that your skill has a higher purpose of making somebody else’s life better.
Q: What are your hobbies?
My deepest passion will probably ever be designing for print. I like working precisely with numbers and rulers on my screen and afterwards seeing my design come to life as a magazine or billboard. I love learning about new techniques and trends in the design industry and watching tutorials on how to do so. Apart from that, I take it easy, hanging out with my friends or discovering new places.
Q: Where is your go-to place to relax?
If I had enough time to travel, you will find me taking a walk among some banana trees in Ghana, and I love nature and the sun. That’s one of the advantages of working with an agency like Eagle with offices across the world. You get the opportunity to travel from time to time. Ghana is a lovely place, especially the quiet rural areas.
Q: What is the environment like at Eagle London Agency?
I see everybody here in the agency as my family. The team in all the offices are charming and caring and always there to help.
Q: What fun things have you done so far at Eagle?
I can’t forget the day when we were thinking of creating some new designs for our office walls, and we were out of ideas for the last artwork. Martin my director just said: “Let’s have Tom and Jerry with a camera.” When he said it, I thought the idea was silly and quite impossible. I decided to have a go at his challenge. After a couple of hours, the design was alive. Ama from our projects team searched for a quote to go with the picture, and we were ready to print. The design turned out fun and better than I expected and one of my favourites.
Q: What advice would you give someone wanting to join our agency?
It’s not about being perfect or knowing it all. You must be creative and able to look at a task or problem from different angles to solve them effectively. You must have the attitude that every impossible task can be possible when you change your thinking just a little bit.
Q: What’s one tip you think everyone should know about this agency?
Our tools are creativity, technology and building friendships. With this, we believe that with the right attitude, mentoring, and hard work, we can achieve great outcome.
