The gold coast Bar and restaurant is located in south London’s multi-cultural neighbourhood of South Norwood. The Gold coast offers some of the finest Ghanaian and West African dishes, all of which can be enjoyed in simply-styled African décor with great music and atmosphere.

The challenge

The Gold coast bar & restaurant had so much to offer, however it wasn’t getting the attention it truly deserved, We Were called in to assist with the PR and marketing of the company. We were given the challenge to increase sales revenue and repeat purchases amongst customers. This is a challenge we were happy to take on, as we believed this restaurant really had so much to offer with great food and service.

Our Solution

Meeting up with The TGC team allowed us to draw up a plan of action of the services that would best suit the business. We were able to comprise a package that suited TGC that offered them the best value and the greatest results. Service Offered: PR and Marketing • Website – We designed a fully optimised website that was SEO ready providing the best results when searched online • Advertising on EMH Channel – We used our established channels to advertise for the TGC, putting our reputation on the line however we believed that it was a great restaurant. • TV Commercial- Our specialised film and editing team to create a commercial ready for tv to captivate and bring in new customers. • Consulted with client to introduce a loyalty card aimed- We produced a loyalty card system to help keep track on customers purchases and store activity to encourage repeat purchase • Content production promoting activities of restaurant

Outcome

The integrated marketing strategy offered by EMH allowed the Restaurant quickly became one of the most exclusive afro Caribbean restaurants in London and saw over 50% turnover. The loyalty card allowed the restaurant to keep in contact with its loyal clients and offer them special deals which enticed the clients to spend more.
