Breaking Conventions – Making Connections: networking in a complex diverse world

 

EMH Global are hosting a breakfast event on the 21st of March, this event is in partnership with the East London Chamber of Commerce. This breakfast event offers up an amazing opportunity for all who attend to listen to a panel of great speakers and be able to ask any questions they desire.

The speakers will include Ben Carter who is the UK Marketing Director for Just Eat, he is the one who is responsible for all of the marketing programmes for consumers and restaurant. Just Eat is currently the leading UK marketplace for online food delivery.

One of our other speakers is Kay Scorah, she is the founder of Have More Fun. Kay has said that she is planning to speak about ‘forging relationships with people who don’t have a clue what you’re talking about’. Kay is a woman with many talents she has held many titles which vary from stand-up comedian to TV producer to biochemist.

We will also have Julia Hobsbawm OBE, speaking, she is a Consultant at Editorial Intelligence. Julia has told us that she plans to talk about the age of overload, the role of networks in a networked society and the tension between scale and speed and being human’. Julia also has a book which has been shortlisted for management book of the year (2018), her book is called Fully Connected.

The event will be chaired by none other than our Co-Founder of EMH Global Philip Osei-Hwere. Philip is constantly striving to encourage other companies and agencies to embrace diversity as it is the right way forward and the key component to business growth.

The breakfast will be held at the Theatre Royal Stratford East, London, E15 1BN, this will be on a Wednesday and the event will begin at 8am where you can register in and help yourself to a tea or a coffee and have some pastries. Then from 8:30am – 10:00am we will have the introduction and the panel speaking with the Q&A at the end.

The pricing for the tickets will be £10 and there will only be 60 available places.
