How Can Agencies Better Reflect Our Multi Ethnic Society?

With the increasing demand to improve gender diversity, agencies believe that hiring more women makes them diverse. Women at creative agencies now occupy 32.8% of C-suite roles according to the 2018 IPA diversity survey giving them a 2.3% rise from 2017. However, this is a disproportional representation when compared to ethnic minorities from a BAME background who only make up 13.8% of individuals at creative agencies; a mere 0.9% rise from the 2017 IPA diversity survey. This poses a new challenge, How Can Agencies Better Reflect Our Multi-Ethnic Society?
